We want you to love your Bohomoon pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the jewelry in its original Bohomoon pouch or box and secure it in a padded envelope to ensure it arrives back to us safely.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
